Senior Administrator
Location: Erewash, with office base in Long Eaton
Hours: 37 per week, including some weekend and evening work
Salary: £29,822 per annum
Contract: Contract end date 31st March 2028 possible extension due to funding
The Role:
As the Senior Office Administrator, you will:

Support the core running of Erewash Voluntary Action office in Long Eaton

Provide excellent administrative support.

Be responsible for all “front of house” contact and data management.

Volunteering Development Officer

The Role:
As the Volunteering Development Officer, you will:

Be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers both internally and externally.

Match volunteers to suitable tasks, maintaining schedules, and providing ongoing supervision, guidance, and motivation.

Act as the main point of contact, addressing concerns, tracking performance, and ensuring a positive volunteer experience.
-
Handle administrative duties such as record-keeping, compliance with policies, and reporting on volunteer activities, while also developing strategies to attract and retain volunteers.

Experience working with volunteers or in a community-focused role
